My project involved replacing two entire HVAC systems in my home as well as replacing all of the downstairs duct work. I had the upstairs unit increased in size which required new line sets be routed through the house and out to the new condenser.

Putnam saved the day for us and repaired a unit that was installed less than 2 years ago by another HVAC company based in Charlotte. While still under warranty, the other dealer wanted to charge us $450 instead of the Lennox suggested repair price of $250. The other company justified the extra $200 for ordering the part and processing the warranty paperwork. Everyone that I have dealt with at Putnam has been professional, courteous, caring and helpful. My only regret is that I didn’t know about this company when I bought my system 2 years ago.
